Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to business leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
Ensure smooth execution of office operations and administrative processes
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Manage and organize emails, documents, and internal communications
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation systems
Support expense tracking, invoicing, and basic financial administrative tasks
Assist with project coordination and task tracking across teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required

Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Experience supporting mid to senior-level leadership
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and scheduling platforms
Experience in handling vendor coordination or cross-functional team support

Onsite requirement: 5 days/week; minimum 4 days per week in the office
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
