Executive Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time | Hybrid) Turning Pointe Financial, LLC Overview Turning Pointe Financial is a growing, client-focused financial services firm serving public education professionals and K-12 school districts. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the firm's founder and help drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working in a growing, fast-moving environment and is confident in leveraging modern technology, AI tools, and software platforms to improve efficiency and outcomes. What We Offer Part-time or full-time position, given the ideal candidate Hybrid work environment (remote and in-office flexibility) Company-provided hardware, training, and support 401(k) plan with employer contribution (eligibility-based) Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate email, calendar, and scheduling logistics Communicate professionally with clients and ideal clients for appointment coordination, and follow-up Support operational workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements and data improvement Conduct research and assist with project execution Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal support resources Assist with marketing initiatives, content coordination, and light design tasks Technology & Systems Expectations (Critical for Success) This role requires a strong comfort level with technology and a willingness to continuously adapt as tools evolve. Candidates should be able to: Quickly learn and navigate new software platforms and systems Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline tasks, draft communications, and support workflows Work across cloud-based ecosystems (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.) Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve team efficiency Troubleshoot basic tech issues and work independently to find solutions Qualifications Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving ability and resourcefulness Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Experience using AI tools in a professional or productivity setting (preferred, not requiredbut expected to learn quickly) Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus Why Join Turning Pointe Financial Our work supports educators and families who make a meaningful impact in our communities.
