We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing team at a reputable company in the Capital Region. You will play a key role in supporting the office operations including managing inbound calls and front desk tasks, assisting customers, and helping ensure smooth communication between clients and production staff. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails as point of entry
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
Schedule appointments for customers and the team
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Keeping track of office supplies, filing systems, and front desk organized
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
