In this role, your focus will be helping members understand their available options, answering questions clearly, and guiding families toward coverage that fits their needs. Youll schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members, explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional way, and help members choose coverage options based on their individual needs. Youll also maintain accurate records, complete follow-up, provide ongoing service, and contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth and client support.

Were looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and comfort using virtual tools are important, along with strong organization, time management, and personal accountability. A background in customer service, sales, or leadership can be helpful, but it is not required. Full training is provided.
