Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Review and correct data discrepancies or errors as needed.
  • Generate reports and assist with data retrieval upon request.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data management.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support role preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
