Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Processor to join our remote team. You will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
- Verify and cross-reference information with source documents
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies
- Generate routine reports as requested by management
- Communicate with internal departments to clarify or obtain necessary information
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 4050 WPM preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
