Position Summary:
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data across multiple internal systems. This role requires a high level of precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal databases and information systems.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and proactively correct any inconsistencies.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-related needs and initiatives.
- Generate routine reports and support ad-hoc data requests.
- Comply with data privacy policies and company confidentiality standards.
- Assist with general administrative duties and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or database platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
