Position Overview
LHH is seeking a highly polished and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO in a fast paced corporate environment for our client. This role provides high level administrative support and requires exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting expertise. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO/COO office
Manage complex Outlook calendars, including scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel using Concur, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner
Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners
Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Support meeting logistics, agendas, and follow up items
Handle additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting executives
Strong Outlook calendar management experience required
Concur travel coordination experience strongly preferred
Experience with expense reporting and reimbursement processes
Highly polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay/Benefits
Pay: $37/hr - $45/hr depending on experience

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
