Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases while working independently in a remote environment.

Please Note: This position is open to applicants currently residing in the United States only.

Responsibilities

- Enter and update data into company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Organize digital documents and reports
- Verify information from various sources before inputting
- Respond to administrative requests and support team operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
