Shift- 8:30am-5:00pm Monday- Friday

Pay Rate- $18-$20 an hour

Length of assignment - June to September (possibility of full-time position)

Job duties include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and helping walk-in guests, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling conference rooms, reconciling credit card transitions (coding expenses in our banking software), ordering catering for on-site events, additional coordinating with vendors, etc.

Must be able to answer multi-line phone systems.

Computer skills are a plus.

Must have greatmunication skills.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
