Back To Results Service Administrator Job Description Service Administrator - Gwinnett (On site) Primary responsibilities: Receive and process incoming customer calls/emails for service request Provide in-house support for service crews in dispatch Collect and process completed service orders Assist manager in providing quotes and proposals Assist with training Schedules, Certifications as needed for crew jobsite access Process invoices and owner billings Monitor AR in conjunction with service manager Maintain data base system Required skills: Microsoft Office Suite with EXCEL & SAGE (Preferred) Ability to time-manage, set priorities, and work effectively under pressure Ability to self-discipline and to conduct independent follow up Construction industry knowledge is a strong plus Strong verbal and communication skills required Base Salary 60k-65k plus Benefits and Great Company Culture!
