The Data & Pricing Specialist is the data owner for all business applications, product setup, pricing, and product relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring all back-end business data is accurate and audited regularly. ALI keeps data stored across multiple systems in various formats, so the Data & Pricing Specialist must be able to read and understand all data formats, modify formatting as needed, and be able to execute data connections so that each back-end system can communicate effectively.

This role will assist with creating business requirements documentation for the IT team and help coordinate technical solutions. They will communicate those solutions to the Data Manager, and will coordinate with them to lead high level presentations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute completion of all product data input processes and timelines

Gather all data requirements from departmental leaders

Create product relationships using accounting, order entry, sales department, tax, and vendor data systems

Upload, implement, and maintain data across all company sites

Coordinate with various departmental members to update product naming convention, vendor changes, and reporting capabilities

Implement customer product offerings within the web store portal

Edit business requirements documentation for development of new business processes and new products

Communicate effectively with all team members to deliver new goods and pricing schedule.

Audit product data functions to ensure accuracy

Assist in the development and implementation of the functionality of product access, user interface ability, and order processing capabilities

Modify reporting processes and views to ensure applicable data is obtained by various departments.

Train staff on new product setup, system changes, and reporting capabilities

Assist with managing master pricing data reports to ensure accuracy of product margins for retail price points set by the Executive Team

Create and update co-op accounts to ensure accurate reporting and payout will be completed by the Finance Team

Assist in all other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors' Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems
