General Summary
Works collaboratively with Vice Presidents and Administrators on emerging issues, strategic initiatives and program development. Provides coordination and support including working with consultants and potential partners.
RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Functions:
- Works with leadership to develop and support strategic programs and projects which advance the WellSpan Strategic Plan.
- Builds relationships and communication channels throughout the organization and works to clarify and define processes.
- Establishes information and frameworks to align current initiatives including a shared file system, historical context, and timeframe for activity.
- Works on special projects as assigned.
Common Expectations:
- Develops, establishes and implements goals, objectives, and policies and procedures for department/service line/entity operation, and which guide and support the provision of the department/service line/entity's services.
- Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
- Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Required
Work Experience:
- 10+ years Health care administration or health care planning Required
Driver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
