SAIC is seeking an energetic and welcoming Receptionist to support our Surface, Subsurface, and Aviation (S2A) team within the Army Navy Business Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping create a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly by managing frontdesk operations in a fastpaced, multidisciplinary environment. This program supports transformative advancements in electronic warfare for a variety of government customers, and you'll be an important part of ensuring the team stays organized, connected, and missionfocused.
This is an onsite role in California; MD. Must be local to area.
Job Duties:
- Provide general administrative, clerical, and secretarial support.
- Technical support for Audio/ Video Conference rooms.
- Perform both routine and non routine tasks, including special projects.
- Schedule and arrange meetings as needed.
- Research and secure requested information for staff and leadership.
- Take and/or transcribe confidential or technical information.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Distribute mail and manage incoming calls.
- Respond to customer, client, and employee inquiries.
- Perform additional office administrative duties as assigned.
- Interact with support staff and other departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.
- Serve as a Program Management Office (PMO) member for a multi-tenant contract supporting multiple internal and external customers.
- Support the tracking and report on project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Assist PMO lead with monitoring Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractually required data and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, status updates, and other communications to customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and properly archived.
Qualifications
Required Requirements:
- High School Diploma and Two (3) years or more of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVY
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
