Adecco is currently hiring several clerical assistants for a project that will run May 27th - June 17th with pay rates at $18 an hour. Please now and attach a current copy of your resume and a recruiter will reach out to you!

Required Skills:

Provide support to the Chief Assistant with administrative and clerical duties

Must have superior customer service skills and be able to handle questions from Reading participants

Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must have working, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties may involve a lot of walking and standing for long periods of time

Create and/or collect materials as directed by the Chief Assistant

Ensure any changes from the Chief Assistant aremunicated to assigned groups

policy issues/problems and rmend possible solutions to Chief Assistant and/or ETS staff promptly

Perform clerical functions as needed, such as testing equipment, photocopying, etc.

Ensure that allputers are turned on at the beginning of the scoring day and conduct other checks as assigned

Obtain supplies from the copy room for Readers, and request additional supplies as needed

Set Leader/Reader workstations with appropriate supplies, place cards, and other scoring materials

Assist Chief Assistant with other duties as required

Ensure all Reader forms have beenpleted and returned

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
