To flourish in this role, you will:

Provide Exceptional Client Support: Serve as the frontline representative of our mental health providers, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care, understanding, and support. Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns with compassion and empathy, ensuring that each client feels valued and heard.

Appointment Coordination: Facilitate scheduling and coordination of appointments between clients and mental health professionals, ensuring seamless communication and timely access to care.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and provide personalized assistance throughout their journey with our mental health services.

Client Advocacy: Act as a dedicated advocate for our clients, ensuring their voices are heard, and their concerns are addressed by the appropriate teams within the organization.

Qualifications:

Required

Previous front desk receptionist experience in a clinical outpatient setting required

Valid driver's license

Mus t pass a background check

19 years or older
