Executive Assistant - 108437
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and assist with daily office operations. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative support with client-facing responsibilities. This position plays a key role in supporting executive-level functions while also contributing to the overall operations of office spaces and tenant services. The right candidate will be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of discretion.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Pay: $23.00+/hour (based on experience)
*Temp to hire OR direct hire for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and personal support to company ownership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
Assist with event planning, special projects, and community engagement initiatives
Support day-to-day office operations, including mail handling, supply management, and general office coordination
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Assist with leasing-related administrative tasks, including documentation and tenant communications
Coordinate with internal teams on marketing efforts, occupancy initiatives, and service requests
Maintain accurate records and databases while handling confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be highly professional in presentation, with excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
Thrives both independently and in a team-oriented setting
Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional extended hours
