Overview

Description Transcribes, types, formats, and proofreads a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software. Coordinates internal and external meetings which may involve scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available. Required Qualifications Bilingual Spanish speaker Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail: ability to manage many details related to coordinating calendars and schedules, follow-up requests, travel-related planning, etc. Previous Administrative experience with C Suite or related experience Highschool Degree Administrative Experience Job Type: Contract Salary: $17.00 per hour Experience: Executive support: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: Concord, CA 94520 (Required) Work Location: In person
