Were seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a member of our CSuite Leadership Team. Youll be more than a calendarkeeperyoull be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, protects executive time, and keeps leadership operating at peak performance. What Youll DoAs a key partner to executive leadership, youll:
- Own the executive calendar managing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring every day runs smoothly
- Be the communication hub drafting correspondence, organizing communications, and ensuring followups never fall through the cracks
- Capture what matters taking detailed notes in oneonone meetings, preparing summaries, and tracking action items
- Create executiveready presentations clear, accurate, and visually consistent decks that tell the story leadership needs to tell
- Support compliance and documentation performing data entry and maintaining records in PolicyStat or similar systems
- Coordinate seamless travel handling flights, accommodations, itineraries, and all the fine details executives rely on
- Manage expenses with care preparing mileage and expense reports accurately and on time
- Plan meetings like a pro from scheduling and agendas to room setup, technology, and followup
- Support leadership broadly assisting additional executive team members and coordinating provider and crossfunctional meetings as needed
Youll feel right at home in this role if you bring:
- An Associates degree in Business Administration (or related field), or equivalent realworld experience
- 24 years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders (healthcare experience a plus)
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills you know how to juggle without dropping the ball
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an executivelevel presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools
- Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- A calm, confident approacheven when priorities shift quickly
