Service Receptionist Job Responsibilities
Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Answer and route incoming phone calls for the Service Department
Schedule service appointments and update customer information accurately
Communicate customer needs clearly to service advisors
Maintain a clean, welcoming service reception and waiting area
Assist with customer paperwork, signatures, and basic documentation
Support service department workflow and internal communication
Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
