Responsibilities:
As a Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Record day-to-day transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Maintain the general ledger and update financial data
Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
Prepare records for accountants and auditors
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
We are looking for a dependable professional with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of bookkeeping practices.
Relevant Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and organizational skills
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Communication skills: Comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Prior Experience in construction or related industry preferred
Understanding of the Sales cycle
Ability to thrive in a small team environment where cultural fit is key
Pay Range: $23.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. Depending on experience
