A local industrial sales and service company in Jackson, TN is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parts Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and plays a key role in supporting both customers and internal service teams.

Pay: $37,000 $40,000/year (DOE)

What Youll Do
Take inbound parts calls and assist customers with order requests
Fulfill parts orders accurately and in a timely manner
Source parts and provide proper identification for a wide range of equipment
Support internal service technicians by ensuring parts availability for service jobs
Manage and track inventory levels to maintain operational efficiency
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve order issues
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions
Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times
What Were Looking For
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a high workload
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with inventory management preferred
Background in industrial equipment, parts, or service industry preferred
