Guest Services Agent/ Front Desk
Job Description- You will welcome all guests upon their arrival witha smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first pointof contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility of a first impression.Some of the daily duties include, but not limited to; checking in and out,issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processingpayments, and making edits to guests' reservations.

Full Time
Hourly Rate - $14.00- $16.00
Job responsibilities:
Check guests in and out of resort
Issue guest keys appropriately
Communicate with other departments to meet guestrequests
Accommodate guests scheduled stay as needed
Follow all company safety and security policies andprocedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
Resolve quest concern; assist in all inquiriesrelating to hotel amenities and services
Guest Services Agent Requirements:
Available to work a flexible schedule includingweekends and holidays
Previous experience is preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills aswell as positive body language
