This resort is one of a kind and host to 445 units from Presidential lodge suites, to cozy comfortable cabins on the amazing Table Rock Lake. Main Responsibilities:- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices.
- Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of potential issues.
- Expedite and defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes
- Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managed
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment in order with suppliers.
- Prepares and submit RPRs for projects
- Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
- High school/GED
- Previous experience in the shipping/receiving/facilities department.
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office program, specifically Word and Excel.
- Previous knowledge and experience in Coupa or similar purchasing/procurement systems
- Previous knowledge and experience in Asgard or similar maintenance/inventory control systems
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, some weekends as needed
