Position Department: Student Financial Services Position Type: Staff Part-Time Overview: This positions primary functions will include administration of the Universitys corporate discount program, all 3rd party invoicing. Oversee email account for receipt of 3rd party authorizations and corporate discount forms. Answering questions, both in person and as a part of the phone queue, related to the students account. This is a part-time position, not benefit eligible and limited to no more than 950 hours annually and no more than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. Responsibilities:
- Administration of 3rd party invoicing:
- Collect all invoice authorizations
- Create the invoices and distribute to the appropriate parties
- Process payment upon receipt
- Maintain spreadsheet for international invoicing
- Monitor unpaid accounts
- Includes invoicing for OVR
- Administration of Discount/Exemption/Company reimbursement programs:
- Verify discount requests
- Process accordingly, including manual calculations
- Miscellaneous:
- Payment processing
- Email administration
- Account Adjustments
- Hold adjustments
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred
- Strong organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer service/student focused.
- Experience required (years and type) or preferred
- License/Certification preferred
