Position Summary Information Responsibilities:
Serve as Office Manager and Receptionist. Responsible for working with Division Chair and other faculty members in the division and faculty and staff members in the College of Business and Aviation. Perform administrative and secretarial duties. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining divisional budgets and records, coordinating purchases, preparing and tracking travel requests, organizing office, scheduling events, supervising student workers, coordinate with custodial staff and Facilities Management for routine maintenance issues, greeting all students, faculty, staff and other visitors, and answering the phone. Work with others in the division and College of Business and Aviation for set up and clean up of division and college events. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School degree or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred.. Previous office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills required. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple work request simultaneously. Ability to adapt to the various needs of the division.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications
