Compliance Document Specialist

PYA is seeking a Compliance Document Specialist to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide advanced-level production support to the PYA Revenue & Compliance Advisory Program within PYA’s Consulting Department, including:
    • Create, revise, and/or finalize documents, as requested by multiple team members, leveraging advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Review complex reports and spreadsheets, focusing on composition and grammar
    • Utilize high functioning formulas to manipulate large volumes of data in Excel
    • Perform copy-editing and formatting, with strict adherence to the Firm’s brand and style guide
    • Assist with quality assurance tracking and follow-up to ensure deadlines and metrics are met
    • Support staff, managers, and executives as needed to meet internal and external client needs
    • Occasional client communications (i.e., setting up ShareFile access)
    • Assist with ad hoc projects and related assignments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of administrative, paralegal, or paraprofessional experience with a firm or corporation preferred
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, with an emphasis in Word, PDF programs, and Excel
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented work ethic with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the firm — both internally and externally
  • Excels at working independently and within a professional team environment

POSITION TYPE:

  • Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Overtime will be required during peak times, and as needed
