• Coordinate and lead virtual or in-person meetings with union members

• Break down benefit options in a clear, easy-to-understand way

• Help members choose coverage that fits their familys needs

• Keep detailed records and complete necessary follow-ups

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Comfortable using basic computer systems

• Self-starter with strong discipline and reliability

• Organized and able to manage time effectively

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Full training program prior experience not required
