Location : Bridgeport, NJ 08085. Acts as the first point of contact at the reception area, welcoming clients and visitors with a professional and positive attitude while ensuring smooth front-desk operations. Handles a wide range of administrative duties including answering and routing calls, scheduling appointments, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating travel arrangements. Brings 3-5 years of experience in customer service and office support, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as a first point of contact in the reception of a workspace.
Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, copying, faxing, taking notes, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Phone coverage, mail sorting, greeting.
