The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Department of Physician Assistant Studies chair/program director, medical director, director of clinical education, director of didactic education, director of assessment, director of admissions, director of student success, and faculty/clinical coordinators and in close cooperation with and handles delegated assignments from the department chair/program director. Responsibilities include reporting and authority structure; administrative and operational support; accreditation and ongoing program assessment support; exam, assessment, and academic record support; Admissions and student support; as well as program events and external engagement.
