As a Float Medical Receptionist, you'll play an important role in ensuring our offices run smoothly. Instead of being tied to one location, you'll support different practices across the division, stepping in where you're most needed. No two weeks will look the same making this the perfect opportunity if you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Be the friendly first impressiongreet patients warmly, answer phones, and help families feel at ease. Manage check-in and check-out, verify insurance, and handle scheduling. Keep patient records accurate and up to date in Athena and Phreesia . Be a problem-solverhelp patients with forms, questions, and paperwork. Support multiple teams by jumping in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly. What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of medical office experience (required). 2-3 years of experience with Athena (required). Experience with Phreesia (required). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Pediatric experience is a plus (not required). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus (not required). Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute to different offices within the division. High school diploma or GED (required). The Schedule: This is a flexible, per diem position - hours and locations will vary depending on office needs across the division.
