CSL Staffing is hiring a Temp Receptionist for their client in the Del Mar Heights area. Were seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join one of San Diegos top accounting firms. This front-desk role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming environment.

Position: Receptionist (Temporary)
Pay Range: $22.00- $24.00 per hour
Location: Del Mar Heights, CA 92130

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take detailed messages when necessary.
Manage front desk operations, including client check-ins, visitor logs, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
Maintain office supplies, assist with ordering, and support general office upkeep.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, scanning, filing, and preparing correspondence.
Assist staff with special projects and overflow work as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
12 years of prior receptionist or administrative experience in a professional office setting (law, accounting, finance, or similar industries preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional phone etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to remain composed under pressure.
