Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Role:

As the Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and service teams. Key responsibilities include scheduling various service tasks such as painting, cleaning, renovation projects, and managing two service lines. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

Respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, and text messages.

Coordinate and reschedule service projects as required.

Follow up with clients to obtain necessary purchase order information.

Act as a backup on the emergency line rotation.

Provide front desk support for subcontractor walk-ins and occasional applicant visits.

Collaborate closely with the field team to ensure accurate scheduling, optimize resource utilization, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience with Work Yard is beneficial but not mandatory.

Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Background Profile:

Qualified candidates should:

Be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, administrative support, or front desk roles within the service industry.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Showcase excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Feel comfortable with data entry and collecting information proactively.

Have a quick learning curve and adapt quickly to new software systems. Experience with Work Yard is advantageous but not obligatory.
