GeoStrata is looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist and Office Assistant to join our team. This is a Part-Time role with the possibility of going Full-Time. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression at our front desk while supporting administrative tasks for multiple departments.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive and manage inbound shipments and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments while at the front desk.
Additional general duties will be outlined during the interview process.
QualificationsQualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of general office experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and G-Suite.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license.
