Chicago Title is looking for a new Director of First Impressions. You will answer the phones, receive and route incoming packages, help greet and guide customers and vendors. You will also have other office assistant and administrative duties for our dynamic title, escrow and sales teams.
DutiesAnswering phones, receiving/sorting incoming mail and packages. Greeting customers and vendors. Working in Microsoft office and using Excel to create/maintain reports. Other misc. administrative duties will be assigned as needed. Must be friendly and welcoming to customers, vendors and employees.
EducationHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience1+ years prior receptionist experience and Microsoft Office.
Additional InformationThis position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $22 - $24/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience.
