Patients' first and last point of contact in the office, responsible for check- in and check-out duties. Assists with answering the telephone, registering new patients, and making appointments. Able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy. Communicates proactively and assists patients with questions and requests as necessary.
Education :
High School Diploma or GED
Experience :
One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
