Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing
professional and friendly customer service both in person and over the phone. This role ensures
smooth front desk operations, manages administrative tasks, and supports other departments as
needed.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
Greet visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Administrative Support:
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments/ interviews with applicants
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide basic information about the company, services, or policies.
Escalate concerns or issues to the appropriate staff member or supervisor.
Other Duties:
Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
Support HR or administrative teams with onboarding activities.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Drug Screening/taking copies of IDs
HR email management and direct to appropriate staff
Sell of apparel
Recruiting in the shop
Calling employees out for the day
Issuing attendance corrective actions

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred).
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods.
May require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Work Environment:
Office setting with frequent interaction with employees and visitors
