Lien Administrator (Remote - Central Ohio Candidates Preferred) Contract Length: 3 Months Pay Range: $20-$25/hr Overview: A growing Credit Services department is seeking a detail-oriented Lien Administrator to support lien processing and collections across multiple states. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in Central Ohio due to training and team collaboration needs. Key Responsibilities: Assemble lien documentation packets for processing. Verify payment information from customers. Prepare and submit lien releases. Communicate with third-party collection agencies as needed. Assist in collecting and signing lien waivers. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Make collections calls as responsibilities expand. Support the Credit and Collections team with various tasks. Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of accounting or financial processes. Solid administrative experience with data entry and document preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic use). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Previous experience in collections or lien processing is a plus.
