Position Summary

The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the Corporate Office. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering calls, emails, and other inquiries about BHI. The Receptionist also supports office operations and provides administrative assistance across departments.

Duties/Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to staff and visitors by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Greet all visitors warmly and notify the appropriate staff member of their arrival.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Office Coordination

  • Partner with the Executive Assistant/Office Manager to coordinate logistics for conference room usage.
  • Receive and assist with the setup of catered meals for meetings, as needed.
  • Maintain the office kitchen, including stocking beverages and cleaning the coffee machine.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries; notify recipients of packages.

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Billing Department with bank deposits and the preparation of quarterly statement mailings.
  • Support Corporate Compliance by reconciling credit card transactions and tracking staff licensure.
  • Aid the Accounting team with processing credit applications.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience as a receptionist or related position
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office and Teams preferred
