Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel, and taking messages when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues from students and visitors, providing information about services and directing them to the right personnel.
- Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
