We are looking for a reliable and professional Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and with care.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish
Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
Resolve issues with professionalism and patience
Document customer interactions in system
Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and computer skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Pay: $22.14 - $23.00 per hour
