Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for answering the phones for a multi-line phone system and directing visitors/customers that come to the office. He/she will assist other branch personnel, including key managers, in various administrative roles.

Job Qualications

  • High School diploma or GED; and/or or one to two years related experience and/or training is preferred
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Procient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications, including outlook, word and excel
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude always when receiving office visitors, answering the phones, or dealing with other associates
  • Willing to pass a post-offer drug screen test and background check

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office reception functions including greeting customers/vendors
  • Provide general administrative support for managers and staff
  • Receive and distribute mail and respond to routine correspondence
  • Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain several types of records
  • Complete special projects as required
  • Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFP
  • Distribute and process AP invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
