We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our construction company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and create a welcoming environment for clients, vendors, and employees.

Common Tasks:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for project managers and staff.
Maintain office organization, including filing, mail distribution, and inventory of office supplies.
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, preparing correspondence, and processing invoices.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for deliveries and site logistics.
Ensure the reception area and office are clean, organized, and presentable.
