Part-time receptionist

Fred Anderson Hyundai of Greer, SC is looking for an outstanding part-time receptionist to cover our front desk area and phone lines with a proven track record in customer service to join our team.

Our Receptionist ensures guests are welcomed to the dealership immediately upon arrival in a warm, inviting and professional manner. They will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers and some administrative paperwork.

This is a part-time role. The hours for this role are: Monday-Friday 5pm to 8pm, and every Saturday from 9am-6pm. This position is paid hourly.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi line phone system
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Other duties as assigned

Excellent listening and communication skills, outgoing and positive personality, strong listening skills, ability to handle a dynamic work environment, punctual nature, professional appearance, eager to improve on all aspects, valid drivers license and clean driving record.
