Biller/Payroll Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Memorial Driftwood Nursing Center Biller/Payroll Clerk/Administrative Assistant

Experience with Point Click Care a plus

  • Complete payroll for 100+ employees in an established system on a bi-monthly basis
  • Establish a relationship with employees to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payroll entries
  • Complete the facility monthly and quarterly PBJ reports per CMS guidelines
  • Maintain personnel records for regulatory compliance and according to facility policy
  • Complete daily staffing ratio reports for regulatory compliance
  • Assist with managing financial payor sources for residents in the facility, new admissions and/or hospital returns
  • Responsible for inputting financial deposits in the Point Click Care system
  • Lead and coordinate financial meetings with assisting departments
  • Administrative duties to include greeting residents, visitors, and staff members, etc.
