They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, support field staff, manage scheduling, maintain medical records, and oversee billing and payroll processes. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to support efficient agency operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Administrative & Office Operations Manage daily office functions, including clerical and administrative support. Supervise office staff and ensure smooth workflow. Develop and enforce office policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and home health regulations. Scheduling & Coordination Oversee patient scheduling, ensuring timely visits by clinicians. Assign field staff based on availability and patient needs. Communicate schedule changes to staff and patients. Billing & Payroll Coordinate insurance verifications and authorizations. Assist with billing, coding, and claims processing. Oversee payroll processing for field staff, ensuring accuracy in visit logs and timesheets. Medical Records & Compliance Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (AXXESS). Conduct audits of medical records for completeness and compliance. Assist with accreditation and state/federal regulatory requirements.
