Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management : Greet and welcome guests, manage visitor access, and ensure the reception area is presentable.
- Coordination : Direct visitors, coordinate front-desk activities, and manage phone calls.
- Security and Safety : Maintain office security through procedures, control access, and distribute visitor badges.
- Scheduling and Administrative Support : Update calendars, schedule meetings, perform office administrative tasks, and handle office supply orders.
- Experience : Minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency : Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

- Compensation : $20-$25/hr based on experience.
- Work Schedule : Flexible, with options from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
