What You'll Do: Greet service customers in person and by phone with professionalism and a smile Schedule service appointments and manage the appointment calendar Communicate clearly with customers about wait times and service updates Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate records and assist with light administrative tasks What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly and professional attitude Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Previous receptionist or dealership experience is a plusbut we'll train the right person!
