Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant:

  • You'll not only be the first point of contact but also assist with essential financial tasks, making you an integral part of our administrative backbone
  • You'll create a positive first impression, provide exceptional customer care, and support our financial operations
  • You will handle front desk duties and contribute to accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks, reinforcing our commitment to financial clarity and responsibility
  • Greet visitors, ascertain their needs, and direct them appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Manage meeting room bookings and provide reminders to staff
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, recording bills, and compiling reports
  • Assist with financial operations including processing invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining financial records
  • Collaborate with the finance team to optimize and streamline processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office -Representative, or similar role, with exposure to financial tasks
  • Familiarity with office and accounting software, including MS Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and people skills, with a professional attitude and appearance
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable to assist diverse clientele

  • Resume and Interview required
  • Background Check and Drug Test Required
