We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. This individual will represent the organization with a polished demeanor and excellent communication skills while handling a wide range of administrative and customer service responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
Maintain a presentable and welcoming reception area.
Manage meeting room calendars and coordinate conference room scheduling.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
